Grinding and regeneration of tools
In response to both our customers' needs and
our long-term expierence in the tools market
POLTRA has just added a new departament
for providing high-quality tools' regeneration
services. Grinding is executed on two 5-axes
CNC machines SAACKE:
UW – I F – regeneration and production of karbid
tools
UW – I F – regeneration karbid tools and HSS
In keeping with our high standards for quality service, our quality inspections are executed with using the ZOLLER company's machines for measurement.
Service lead timei
Standard service lead time is up to 8 working
days upon receipt of tools. Grinding with coating
up to 15 working days – coats: Balinit A, B,
Futura Nano. When it comes to ALCRONA, X-CEED coats lead time is dependent on Oerlikon
Balzers' timeline. Coating of tools is determined
according to OERLIKON BALZERS' offerings
and price listings .
Complaints
Complaints due to defects in service or product
must be reported withing 3 working days from
delivery.
In case of damage to the shipment order during
transport, the client should write a report in the
presence of the courier. The protocol is the basis
for subsequent complaint. For tools purchased
in our company there is an additional discount
service on the rate of 5%. For long-term contract
partners, tool delivery for grinding will be at the
expense of Poltra Sp.z.o.o
Transport
Transport cost – delivery of the service is up
to 300zł (with taxes) is at the expense of the
recipient, when over 300zł cost of delivery will
be covered by Poltra Sp.z o.o.
Tool regeneration orders must contain all data
of the lient and any comments concerning the
service.
Tools for grinding must be sent in packages that
ensure full safe transport.
Poltra company does not take responsibility for
the condition of tools sent in loose packaging.

Price list
1. All prices are "netto" prices (excluding prices)
in PLN.
2. Cost calculated for grinding tools of
consumption up to 0.6mm
3. Price of grinding tools increases due to
consumption:
- A layer 0,61mm ~ 1,00mm – a price increase by
30%
- A layer in the range 1,01mm ~ 1,5mm –
increase in price by 50% + plus 30% for each
0,50mm
4. Price difference according to the amount:
- For amount of 1 to 3 pieces, +35% increase of
prices from pricelist
- For amount of 10 to 20 pieces, -5% discount
from prices in pricelist
- For amount over 20 pieces, -10% discount from
prices in pricelist
- Quantities are calculated for the tools of the
same type and model
5. In the case that grinding tools are not included
in the pricelist, valuation is assessed on an
individual basis.
6. Company Poltra Sp. z o.o. reserves the right
to withdraw from providing services in case
of discovering damages to tools that disable
its regeneration capability or due to a lack of
technical capacity for regeneration.
